Custom Design
Though we have several pre-design models from which potential homeowners can choose, our architects are also available to customize these designs or design an entirely new house to suit our client’s preferences. Our standard homes range in size from 2,500 square feet to 4,500 square feet to meet the expected living standards of the clientele we serve. However, homeowners can enlarge their homes, with the guidance of our architects and designers, to achieve the right size and layout of their living space to suit their tastes. All modifications will be done in conformity with good building practices.

Guarantees
All our exquisite homes are guaranteed against defects in the original material and workmanship for six (6) months. However, if within 5 years of the closing date of sale of your new home, you have a problem which you believe to be a structural defect, we would look at the problem and if we agree, we will correct the problem at no cost to you. This kind of guarantee gives confidence and comfort to our exquisite home owners for many years.

We have selected highly skilled builders who can ensure that our designs are reproduced according to the approved house plans. These craftsmen are among the best available anywhere in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The quality homes they build are things you can see, touch, and appreciate.
Just as we take pride in how your home is built, we are also proud of the products we use to enhance its value and beauty. Our agents travel the world to select the very best products needed to achieve the right finish in each exquisite home. By buying abroad in large quantities, we get prices that are below local market prices and can therefore pass on savings to homeowners, while still providing them with the best in quality.
Quality supervision
During construction, all our exquisite homes are supervised by the Project Supervisor, who is the architect or designer, to ensure that every detail in the house design comes out in the finished product, consistent with the signed Home Construction Agreement. We have also enlisted the services of an independent local Property Valuation Surveyor to assess the percentage completion of the house as part of the terms of payment on the Home Construction Agreement. Property owners can access on this site progress reports and pictures of their houses during construction.
